Part and Full-Time Servers: Must be available for lunch and dinner service.
Full-Time Lead Line Cook / Kitchen Manager: Must have previous management / supervisory experience in a scratch kitchen, full-service, high-volume restaurant.
Part to Full-Time Prep Cook: Must have one year experience in a scratch kitchen, be consistent in food preparation, work with expediency.
Part-Time Line Cook: Must have one year experience in a high-volume restaurant. Must be available to work weekday lunch service.
