CLASS: Herbs and Spices for Soups and More

Learn how to take spices and create flavor profiles for Moroccan, Middle Eastern, Cajun, Mexican and more. For instance, Cumin is the base spice for Mexican, Moroccan, Indian, Greek, Thai and Vietnamese cooking! Changing a few spices changes the entire flavor profile! Students will learn how to make a soup free of oil, soy, dairy and gluten, a side dish as well as leave with spice mixes to take home.
